Nah! Thanksgiving can't be in less than two weeks!

ACK! There are Thanksgiving cards to make and gifts for guests at Thanksgiving dinner - I'm rethinking the pie in a jar. I got so caught up in their cuteness but I forgot that everyone will have to reheat them at home - rather than I would be serving them these adorable little pies in person, all ready to eat. So putting the thinking cap back on and hoping to find something SOON!

I wish I had time to make this cute Thanksgiving banner at Holiday Crafts and Creations for us.

  2. Hi Kate! I only hand make a few and buy the rest, so it's not too bad. The problem is my procrastinating until the last moment. ARGH!
Isn't the banner cute?! I especially love the acorns and leaves on the side.
    Happy weekend to you!

  3. Sally! I have found you again by receiving your wonderful heart! I have missed visiting your blog so very much! I have spent this afternoon catching up with all your creativity and warmth of words. I am very touched that you made a bluebird heart for me and will treasure it always. The nest is my favorite part, I'm an empty nester. Thank you again so much, I have posted your beautiful box as well on my blog - special day all around! Elizabeth (Post this Monday!) Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

  5. Hi Sally! I can't believe it's only two weeks away! There is so much to do this time of year. I was thinking about your pie in a jar - how about something else in a jar? Like the ingredients for real hot chocolate - or a quick bread? And put the recipe with it? Just a thought. You are lightyears ahead of me. Hope you are having a fabulous weekend! xoxox Pam

  6. Hi Pam! I know! I'm just sure that someone has been tampering with the calender!
Hey! I was hunting for Thanksgiving crafts today and guess what I found?! CAKE IN A JAR! So that may be the answer - I need to read up on it but the good news is that it will only explode at my house, so there's one point in it's favor bwhahahhahahahaha!
