three and four

Presenting numbers three and four of this years tomato endeavor ... the shameless husband ate poor one and two before the thought occurred to me to grab a photo of our first ones this year.  hahahhahha

We had some lettuce growing but some uninvited guest ate it down to the ground, kept coming back for another nosh, until it was all gone ... ate it perfectly, each time leaving all the lettuce plants the exact same height.  Is that an animal or a snail???

What's growing in your garden?

  1. Weeds! Lots and lots of weeds! Is there a farmer's market for those? LOL! I cracked up that your hubby ate one of the 'crop'. We get lots of bunnies here, nibbling around. And deer. And chipmunks. Explains a lot, I think. :)) Happy weekend, my friend! xox

  2. Hmmm, I ate my first raspberry today! And the onions are coming along.... The tomatoes are sluggish with all the rain and no sun... Looks like another short summer for them, argh! But slowly my Oregon garden is coming along.... :)

  3. We have tomatoes, but they are still green. Same for the red cayenne peppers.
A bit behind the rest of y'all, being here in PA!
