doggie update - back where we started

ARGH!  Shortly after I posted my earlier update today, our veterinarian called and told me that the test results show that Georgie doesn't have Cushings Disease. Our doctor also told me he had spoken to the doctor at the specialty and emergency hospital and he now believes as the Internist does, that Georgie has some form of cancer. WAH!

We're on one rotten roller coaster ride over here.

The first order of business is to make Georgie's tummy feel better - I just got back from the vet with two prescriptions. Then if his respiratory system is still doing well, he'll have another ultra sound to see what the blood clot is doing (growing or shrinking), this weekend or perhaps midweek, next week.

Trying to take each day as it comes, with all it's bumps and give George lots of love and attention.

  1. So sorry George is feeling low. It is so distressing when our animals are ill. I hope things get to turn up ward for you and George.

  4. Oh, Sally...I am so sorry for your precious pup. It breaks my heart to see my babies suffer and yours, too. Our pets are our children in so many ways. Please know that I will be praying for sweet Georgie. God cares about him, too.
Blesssings and a few warm hugs,

  7. Sally, I'm praying for Georgie (& all of you). Girlfriend, the last thing you need is more heartache right now. Those furry lumps are lucky to have found such a loving home with great "people parents" like you! Take Care, xo, Pam
